JetCam Product Warranty

  1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE TO ALL CUSTOMERS: 30 DAY MONEY BACK POLICY

Customers should contact Hot Jet USA if they are not satisfied with a jet cam product within 30 days of the invoice date.  A 30 day money back is guaranteed (Shipping and Handling and other additional charges, such as the transaction fee of 6% of the total amount charged by bank are not refundable).  However, returned products must be in original packing, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.  Proof of purchase is required.  The 30 day money back guarantee policy does not apply to the product if it has been used.

  1. LIMITED WARRANTY

Hot Jet USA warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of purchase.  Should the customer have any problem about the product(s) the customer should contact us immediately.  Hot Jet USA will not cover the defective items in warranty after the product has been repaired by a third party even if it is within the 1 year purchase period.

During the limited warranty period, Hot Jet USA may at its option: repair, replace or refund the amount paid by the customer less shipping and handling charges unless the product is found to be defective.  The customer has to pay all the shipping, including the return shipping from Hot Jet USA, even for an item within the warranty term.

  1. WARRANTY RETURN

Before returning any product to Hot Jet USA, customer shall: write or call Hot Jet USA.  The customer should request an RMA form and provide the date, original invoice number and the description of the defective part being returned.   Proof of purchase is required in all cases.
